Nine months on from my original review, I can honestly say everything I felt back then still stands — if not even more so. My experience at Urban59 continues to be incredibly positive.

I've built so much on my strength and fitness since joining, feeling stronger, fitter and more capable than I ever thought I would. But more than the physical changes, the biggest difference has been my confidence. The nerves and self-doubt I felt at the beginning are a world away from how I feel now. I'm more comfortable in myself, more confident in the gym, and tar more willing to push myself.

The support from Sophie and the wider coaching team continues to be amazing. The encouragement, belief and genuine care make every session enjoyable and motivating. The small, supportive group environment still makes such a difference — you never feel judged, only supported.

Another huge highlight has been the friendships I've made along the way. Training alongside such a welcoming, encouraging group of people has made the journey even more special and something I genuinely look forward to each week.

What if I haven’t exercised before/in a long time?

We’ll start you slow, but get you results fast! We’ve helped 100’s of people who’ve never stepped into a gym before get into amazing shape while boosting their confidence. So whether you’re a first-timer or you have some past exercise experience, we’ve got you covered.

What if I have existing injuries/pains?

Your programme will be carefully tailored to accommodate your needs if you do have any injuries, so much so you’ll find throughout the programme that you’ll start to eliminate any previous pain and actually strengthen those areas!

What can I expect after the 2026 Challenge?

After just 6 Weeks you’ll become a stronger version of yourself in every aspect of the word! You’ll look better, feel better and have bundles of energy right from when you wake up in the morning and throughout the whole day.
